The Problem

Weld slag, spatter, resin, smoke, oil and dampering adhesive builds up on production equipment. This causes misalignment and can prevent proximity switches from firing in the appropriate spot. The robot can stop welding, or weld incorrectly creating scrap and causing equipment failure and production downtime.

The Solution

Cold Jet's Aero and Aero2 Series

“No contact” dry ice blast cleaning provides an effective and economical removal solution for slag and spatter build up. Cold Jet offers powerful, environmentally responsible dry ice blast cleaning solutions that reduce operating cost and improve production quality. Our Aero Series combines superior dry ice delivery with advanced cleaning performance.
